摘要:为获得稳定性和重现性好的活性染料轧染染品,了解和掌握活性染料三原色比移值R(下标 f)非常重要。该文详细探讨了染料R(下标 f)值与亲和力、同步上染率的关系;R(下标 f)值的测试方法;染料分子量、反应基和溶解度对R(下标 f)值的影响;通过例举科华素浅、中、深三原色染料,分析了染色过程中染液组分因染料R(下标 f)值不同而带来的头尾色差等问题,并给出了修正方法。
In order to improve stability and repeatability of reactive pad dyeing, the rate of flow value R(subscript f) of trichromatic reactive dyes is very important. The relationship between R(subscript f) value and affinity and dye-uptake, and testing method of R(subscript f) value, as well as the influence of molecular weight, reactive group and solubility to R(subscript f) value were all described in detail. The trichromatic dyes in light, middle and deep shade were listed. The composition of dye liquor might be changed due to different R(subscript f) value of dyes, and lead to color difference and its correction method were analyzed.
